As the parcel contents are second hand some items may contain slight signs of wear and in a minority of cases possibly have a cut label or no label, but all will have a size label. Please allow up to 10% waste in every order due to human error.
Brand names can include: River Island, Marks & Spencer, Next, GAP, Boden, John Lewis, Joules etc
There will be no Primark/Supermarket/Matalan/basic items - Nicer hand-picked garments from nice high street shops.
Our Premium Plus -Grade clothing (our best quality) is all carefully folded and hand checked twice by our top warehouse team led by Steph and Nicky who take lots of pride in ensuring you will be happy with your goods. There is also a percentage of brand new clothing included.
Please be aware: Your parcel will include garments which would be acceptable to wear in all/any seasons. Trends and sizing will vary, please be open minded as the stock is not aimed at any particular age group or fashion trend.
Premium Plus consists of re-wearable items which should not have any holes, marks, bobbles, no visible wear-and-tear in the majority of cases. However, occasionally a small percentage of B Grade items may slip through the checking stage due to human error. Pictures shown are only a representative of what you may receive. Grades refers to the overall quality of the clothes
Grade A shows no apparent signs of wear, no marks or very small marks to the eye that would be easily removable, minimal defects are acceptable and should be in a near perfect rewearable state. Please be aware this is second hand clothing. Labels can be from any UK high street brands and other generic labels. However please note these are not new clothes so they will not appear as crisp as a new garment. Please note some labels maybe removed from the garment but it should have a size label.
Grade B is all rewearable and fantastic value for money, but does show signs of wear, will contain any of the following, bobbling, fading, small marks, maybe a small tare or a button missing. This is great for example, carboot sales, up cycling and export markets.
PREMIUM PLUS shows no apparent signs of wear, no marks or holes and is in near perfect rewearable state. Labels will include better High Street names such as Next, Wallis, Marks & Spencers, Debenhams, Top Shop, Miss Selfridge, River Island Zara etc. There will also be more attention to detail.

Probably our most asked question. Here are some rough figures to give you an approximate idea of how many pieces you receive to a kilogram. Please note the figures below are an average, you may receive slightly more or less, depending on weight of the individual garments.
Ladies summer mix = 4 to 6 garments.
Ladies winter mix = 3 to 5 garments.
Men's all seasons = 3 to 4 garments.
Kids summer mix = 6 to 7 garments.
Kids winter mix = 5 to 6 garments.
