We are a wholesale company supplying quality used clothing around the globe, our customers range from new start up stores to large retail and wholesale concerns, Every Month we process and sort ten's of thousands  of garments of which every single piece of clothing is different therefore we urge our customers to be open minded when ordering our products as every garment differs it is virtually impossible to meet an exact buyer specifications on styles, we provide accurate information in our website product descriptions regarding the grade so you can be rest assured that the quality grade you order is what you will receive, unfortunately  we cannot guarantee exact garment styles or trends and if style matching is a requirement for you then we suggest you visit our warehouse to view our stocks prior to purchasing as we charge a 25% restocking fee (of the total amount on your order) on all returns/

returns and refunds will only be accepted if our product in no way matches the grade purchased also all shipping costs to and from the recipient to be covered by the customer. Please also note that the garments are second hand and not new so all used clothing has some smell one of the smells can be mothballs which is to protect the clothing this can have a petroleum like smell.
