Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. During busy periods, dispatch times may extend to a few more days.

UK Nationwide shipping service is available at £10 for each 25kg carton. For orders over 200kg we offer a pallet service at £80 per pallet which holds up to 400kg.

Remote or non-mainland  Our website calculates standard shipping rates for delivery within the United Kingdom. However, for certain remote or non-mainland locations, additional surcharges may apply. If a surcharge is required, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm before processing.

Unlimited UK mainland shipping membership is available £39.95 for a year of shipping at no extra cost.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your goods, you are welcome to use our no quibbles 14 day return policy for a product exchange or store credit. The parcel and contents should be complete and in the same condition as you originally received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Please contact us prior to making a return to book the shipment into our warehouse.
