International Shipping Rates
OUR FAST & RELIABLE SHIPPING SERVICE
UK Nationwide shipping service is available at £10 for each 23kg carton. For orders over 200kg we offer a pallet service at £80 per pallet which holds up to 400kg.
Northern Ireland, There is a £6.50 surcharge per carton, we will make contact with you to arrange payment of the surcharge when we receive your order.
Unlimited UK mainland shipping membership is available £39.95 for a year of shipping at no extra cost.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your goods, you are welcome to use our no quibbles 14 day return policy for a product exchange or store credit. The parcel and contents should be complete and in the same condition as you originally received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Please contact us prior to making a return to book the shipment into our warehouse.
EUROPE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Prices include £4 per box customs duty contribution and a overall consignment documentation administration charge of £10.
We offer a bonus of 10% extra free stock when you arrange your own shipping to Europe.
The following criteria is strictly a condition for the safe and problem free passage of your order to your specified country.

All orders to Europe must be over £200 (excluding shipping costs and taxes).

EORI & VAT numbers are required.
- We can not send goods under the classification of personal effects. If you the customer have instructed our company to send your goods under the classification of personal effects then total responsibility remains with you the customer to arrange customs clearance.

It is your responsibility as the customer to track your goods during the shipping process and to contact your local courier for updates.
- Please note that we use reputable shipping courier services. However we can not be responsible for any delays regarding shipping. You are also welcome to organise your own shipping.
Ghana and Nigeria = £75 per 30kg parcel. Minimum 4 cartons.
All other countries in Africa, prices on request. Minimum 10 cartons.
