Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your goods, you are welcome to use our no quibbles 14 day return policy for a product exchange or store credit, refunds are not available. The parcel and contents should be complete and in the same condition as you originally received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Please contact us prior to making a return to book the shipment into our warehouse. Under certain circumstances we may offer a refund of funds on orders that have been processed and packed subject to a re-packing fee of 25% of the original order value, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of you the customer. Please note once your order has been picked we do not accept cancellations and only exchanges can be made. (Due to the nature of the business we can only do exchanges once.)
All deposits are strictly non refundable.
Please note: we are suppliers of second hand clothing, our A, products and premium are hand checked twice for quality to ensure there are no defects, unfortunately as we are supplying second hand products so it is inevitable that the up to 10% of slight defects may slip through the net which we can not be accountable for. Also note it's a common understanding that pre-owned garments can carry various scents from previous use, storage conditions, or cleaning agents Please be rest assured that we strive to ensure the best quality products. We pride ourselves on how we sort through our stock. Our stock is carefully hand checked initially by our sorting team and then rechecked by our packing department again before your goods are sent out. So this is why we state there should be no more than 10% defects that get through the net and it would be impossible. for the stock all to be unsuitable due to the high level of checks we do. Also note that we strident rules what we purchase and what we accept when buying so once it has been sorted we therefore say that there should be a low percentage of unsuitable stocks sent to our customers. Please note there will be a higher amount of wastage within A/B grade, B grade and best value parcels.
Export orders Due to transit times on orders destined to an overseas address, our standard returns 14 day policy does not apply therefore we recommend a final inspection of your purchased goods at our warehouse prior to dispatch as rectifications can not be made at a later date. All goods become the property of the customer upon dispatch from our premises at Arrow mill, Queensway, Rochdale, OL11 2YW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and sending your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
